This video seems short, but I researched 5 hours, then recorded and edited for 4 more hours to get here. I wish I had more time to just research this stuff and do these videos, but I make about $10 in ad revenue per month, so I have to rein myself in! I am thinking of this as a part one, though, and would love to know your thoughts and additional data sources I don't have!
