Payroll
Payroll runs monthly (on or around the 22nd, this can vary due to holidays).
Eligibility for vacation
All employees are eligible for accrued paid time off starting the first day of employment.
Accrual of vacation
Paid time off will be accrued each pay period based on the following scale:
1-2yrs would accrue .1 x hours worked
3-5yrs would accrue .2 x hours worked
6-10yrs would accrue .3 x hours worked
10+yrs would accrue .4 x hours worked
Paid time can accrue up to 160 hours (4 weeks) before it must be taken.
Up to 40 unused vacation hours will not be paid upon termination or resignation.
Taking vacation
Vacation may be taken with at least 2 weeks of advanced notice with exceptions being made for family emergencies and other similar circumstances.
Health Care Stipend
Each employee will receive a $400/month stipend for purchasing their own health plan. Checks will be issued separately from payroll
